Maître Elio KOUBBI, Attorney at the Paris Bar (Toque E0169), 7 rue Perronet, 75007 Paris, France, and the client identified at order time on eliokoubbi.com.
Mission
One-hour oral or written legal consultation, including a preliminary exchange, the consultation, a written summary within 48 hours and 7 days of follow-up questions.
Fees
€500 incl. VAT (20% French VAT). Payable on order via Stripe.
Professional secrecy
All communications are protected by attorney professional secrecy (article 66-5 of the French law of 31 December 1971).
Disputes
Disputes regarding fees may be referred to the President of the Paris Bar (article 174 of decree 91-1197 of 27 November 1991). The consumer may also refer to the consumer mediator of the legal profession at mediateur-consommation-avocat.fr.
