Everything you need to know.
- What are the consultation formats?
- You choose the format at booking: video conference, phone, meeting at the office (7 rue Perronet, 75007 Paris) or detailed written response. The format may be adjusted in agreement with the office based on your needs.
- What happens after payment?
- You immediately receive a confirmation email. The office writes to you within 48 business hours to set the date and time. The consultation takes place within 7 business days. A written summary note is sent within 48 hours afterwards.
- Can I cancel or reschedule?
- You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Within less than 24 hours, the service is considered due. An express waiver of immediate performance is requested at order time, under consumer law (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
- Is the consultation confidential?
- Yes. All communication with the office is protected by attorney professional secrecy (article 66-5 of the law of 31 December 1971). Information shared cannot be disclosed to third parties.
- Will I receive an invoice?
- Stripe automatically sends you a detailed payment receipt. A nominative invoice compliant with article 289 of the French General Tax Code is sent separately by the office.
- What if my case exceeds one hour?
- If your situation requires more in-depth support, the office will send you a dedicated fee agreement after the consultation. The initial consultation may be deducted from the mission fees if applicable.
