One-hour legal consultation (oral or written), including a preliminary exchange, the consultation itself, a written summary note within 48 hours and 7 days of follow-up questions.
Price
€500 incl. VAT (20% French VAT). Payment by card via Stripe.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the customer expressly waives the 14-day withdrawal right by requesting immediate performance of the service.
Professional secrecy
All communications are protected by attorney professional secrecy (article 66-5 of the French law of 31 December 1971).
Mediation
Pursuant to article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any dispute may be submitted to the consumer mediator of the legal profession: mediateur-consommation-avocat.fr.
Governing law
French law applies. The full Terms in French prevail in case of doubt.
